Raid 0 with two SSD reporting with slow speeds any Ideas?

I ran Samsung Magician and it reported any where from 350 to 420 on-board Intel and on-board Marvell reported 180 to 250. if drives are not in raid i get 390-450 on Samsung Magician. All drivers are updated, along with bios.
